- Page 8 1. The first step of the installation will be to remove the left hand side plastic seat trim.
- Page 9 2. The plastic trim will have to be modified to allow clearance for the ASENTO. Cut along the red doted lines. Then reinstall the trim. 3. Drill a 1/4-inch hole in the trim support then install the provided seat trim # EV-COLC15L-05 with the provided Christmas tree and the self-tapping screw at the back.
- Page 10 4. Remove the b pillar trim. 5. Remove the seat belt tensioner bolt.
- Page 11 6. Remove the rear seat bolt mounting bolts. 7. Install the b pillar adapter # EV-COLC15L-02 by drilling the corresponding holes and fixing with the provided 3/16 x 11/16 pop rivets. 8. Remove the top half of the b pillar trim from the bottom halve.
- Page 12 9. The lower half of the b pillar trim will have to be modified to allow the ASENTO to fit. Cut out a notch at the bottom of the b pillar. Follow the measurements and the provided stencil. 2 inches...

- Page 14 13. Install the provided fabric cover # EV-COLC15B-04. Line up the two holes with the rear seat mounting. 14. Install the ASENTO floor adapter bracket # EV-COLC15L-01 using the OEM bolts.
- Page 15 15. Reinstall the b pillar trim. 16. Install the ASENTO use the 3/8x1’’1/4 bolt and nut at the bottom and the # EV- COLC15L-02 b pillar bracket with 3/8x3/4 bolt and the 3/8x1’’bolt.
- Page 16 ASENTO will beep to signify that it is ready to be programmed. 18. Before the ASENTO can be used it will have to be programmed. Once the control box is connected to the 12-volt power supply and has beeped to signify that it is active, the ASENTO will be in reduced power mode.
- Page 17 19. Install the transfer board by sliding it onto the chrome shaft of the ASENTO. Make sure that it slides all the way onto the shaft. Final Inspection: Make sure all bolts are all properly fastened. Make sure that ASENTO works well with and without a passenger.

WARNING: Pass through a grommet in the firewall to prevent the cable from chaffing. 2. Install the circuit breaker near the battery and then connect the battery to the circuit breaker.

WARNING DECALS After completing the installation of the ASENTO, please take time to install the warning decals. NOTE: The surface must be clean, dry and at ambient temperature for the sticker to stick to the surface.
