Check the power cables for loose connections and breaker box for
tripped breakers and/or blown fuse. Check the power switch for
damage and contact service if equipment fails to turn on.
Check the connection of the impeller motor and the connection
between the controller and the motor. If all connections are good, then
please shut down and contact service.
This could indicate motor or circuit board (X2) failure. Please stop
using it immediately and contact service.
Check whether there is a motor jam caused by debris, etc. If the
motor is locked and unable to turn, please immediately stop using it
and contact service. If the motor cannot start or stop quickly, or the
acceleration time is too long, please stop using it immediately and
contact service.
Motor is taking longer than normal to reach operational speed and
drawing excessive current. This may be due to a larger than normal
process weight. Extend the acceleration time by adjusting the settings
on the control panel.
Please immediately stop using it and contact service.
Excessive current is drawn by the motor in deceleration. Extend the
deceleration time by adjusting the settings on the control panel.
The power supply voltage is too high. Please check the supply
voltage.
The inverter is overheated. Make sure that the ambient temperature is
not too high. The load may be too large for heat dissipation and
ventilation. Stop using it and turn the machine shaft by hand to check
for jams. Clean potential dirt on the contact part of the sealing ring
and glass shaft and apply vacuum grease.
Check whether the motor power exceeds the inverter power; whether
it has been in a low speed and high current state for a long time.
