Next select Car Length and enter the length in the selected units.
The car length entered will determine if there is a relay valve. If the length is 76 feet or more, the
program will automatically assume a vent valve. If 75 feet or less is entered, the program will default
to no relay valve.
Next the operator will need to enter whether the car has Empty/Load valves, and the condition of the
car if they are present. This is also where Modulating Valve is selected.
