Operating Instructions

Once the Fan has been fully assembled plug the power cord into a power outlet and
switch the outlet on. The Fan will beep once to indicate it is in standby mode.
Remote Control
The Fan has a remote control that allows for remote operation of the Fan's functions.
When using the remote control ensure that you are in eyesight of the Fan and are
pointing the remote control directly at the Fan.
1. Installing Batteries
Battery Installation
Use only 1.5V "AAA" alkaline batteries with this device (included).
1.
Locate the arrow on the bottom of the battery cover and push the cover up, in
the direction of the arrow. Once the cover is loose, lift it off in the direction of the
arrow.
2.
Install 2 "AAA" size batteries so the + (positive) and - (negative) polarities match
the polarities on the battery compartment, then replace the battery cover. Make
sure that the battery cover is securely in position.
NOTE: If the Fan is not responsive, move closer to the Fan and ensure that there is
nothing between the remote control and the Fan itself. If the Fan continues to be
un-responsive, check and replace the batteries found in the remote control if required.
The remote control's buttons operate indentically to those on the control panel. To
select or alter any function, use the remote control as you would the control panel.
CAUTION: Dispose of all used batteries at designated disposal points. Never
dispose of batteries in a fire as this may cause an explosion or leakage of
dangerous chemical and fumes.
Powering the Fan ON and OFF.
To power the Fan on press the SPEED/ON button on the control panel.
The Fan will default to the low speed setting and normal breeze mode. The Lo and
Mode indicator lights will illuminate red on the LED indicator panel and the Fan will
begin to move air.
