Checking and restoring grease in the bowl unit

Checking and restoring grease in the auger unit
bearings
Completely changing lubricant in reduction gear
Control and restoring of lubricant
Rotovariator lubrication (if provided) ( 2 )
Completely changing lubricant in the hydraulic
clutch (if provided)
Lubrication of the main electrical motor bearings
(if provided)
Checking and restoring grease in the contact seals

MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE
Checking all transmission belts
Check the values of visible instruments (e.g.
pressure gauges, thermometers, rev counter)
(where present)
Checking and adjusting rev counter sensors
Checking cleaning rev counter sensors
Check sealing gasket
Checking the runner, contact seals and electric
valve of the solid scraper device
ELECTRIC MAINTENANCE
Check positioning of alarm sensors
Check connections
Rotovariator brush (if provided)
