3.4 FLUSSAGGIO CON ACQUA
Esclusa l'alimentazione di processo alla macchina per le
o a seguito di interventi di emergenza dovuti ad avarie di
apparecchiature accessorie di impianto, si raccomanda di
effettuare il lavaggio della macchina come segue:
calda a seconda della natura e della temperatura del prodotto
di processo, attraverso il tubo di alimentazione.
La durata del lavaggio deve essere tale da esaurire l'uscita
della fase solida e contemporaneamente l'uscita liquida
pulita.
Tale operazione si rende indispensabile per evitare il ristagno
e la successiva fermentazione del prodotto nelle parti interne
della macchina, con formazione di cattivi odori (indesiderati
in processi alimentari o similari) e, soprattutto, incollamenti
inconveniente deve essere assolutamente evitato per non

3.4 FLUSHING WITH WATER
When
