Problem
Cannot set the
temperature�
Cannot set the speed to
more than 3�
Error messages or notes
on the display� The LED
and button lights are
flashing red�
Cause
Speed setting 4 - 10 is selected�
The temperature setting is set between
100 - 265 °F/37 - 130 °C or the direction
of the blade is set to counter-clockwise�
Warning against incorrect operation�
Solution
At these speed settings, there is a risk of
hot food spilling, so the speed range is
limited to only 0 - 3�
Set the temperature to -- - (no heat)
or set the direction of the blade to
clockwise�
Follow the instructions on the display�
