Simmering Basket

Use the simmering basket when you want to:
Cook Boil
1� After attaching the blade, place the simmering
basket into the mixing bowl�
2� Place the assembled mixing bowl on the main unit�
3� Close the lid�
WARNING After cooking, the handle of the
simmering basket will become too hot to pick up with
your hands� Use the hook on the side of the spatula
to remove the simmering basket (see "Removing the
Simmering Basket" chapter)�
WARNING Do not fill the simmering basket past
its maximum capacity�
