7. Clicking noise coming from the machine
Possible Cause
Improper chain tension
Worn wheel bushing
Worn sprockets
Sheared key on gearbox

Sheared key on motor
driveshaft.
Faulty gearbox
Low battery voltage
Verify if remote control is functioning. Replace if
faulty.
Replace if faulty. Refer to Electrical service-Checking
the receiver unit inside Boar Bot.
Adjust chain tension with idler sprocket.
Replace bushings if bushings have excessive wear.
Replace sprockets if sprockets have excessive wear
Replace key if key is sheared.
Remove motor and replace key, if key is sheared.
Check that the gearbox output shaft is not turning
when motor is running. Replace gearbox.
Check if solenoids are clicking. Recharge or replace
12-volt main batteries.
