4.1 Replacing the battery

The power supply is provided with a 9-volt battery (NEDA 1604 IEC 6F22).
The "
" sign
appears on the LCD display when this intervention is necessary. To replace
the battery, remove the two screws located at the back of the device and
remove the battery compartment. Remove the battery from the contacts.

4.2 Replacing the fuses

If no current measurements are possible, it could be that an overload safety
fuse has blown. The device has two fuses: F1 for the "µAmA" socket and F2
for the "A" socket. To access the fuses, remove the screw located at the
back of the device and lift the battery compartment.
- Replace F1 with exactly the same type of fuse, that is a fast acting fuse of
0.5 A/250 V, Jeulin reference : 283428.
- Replace F2 also with exactly the same type of fuse, that is a ceramic fast
acting fuse of 20 A/600 V, Jeulin reference : 283429
