3 Troubleshooting
3.1
The HP 6122 print engine shows an error
The opening and closing of the tray can only function, if the HP6122 print engine
does not have an error condition.
The power LED needs to be on permanently.
If one of the three LED is flashing, or if the Ink LED or the Paper LED is permanently
on, the drawer will not function through the ODP Manager.
To continue, the error condition needs to be eliminated.

Close Cover.
b.)
Insert Or Replace Print Cartridges.

Switch Printer Off And On.
d.)
Remove USB Cable from the USB Connector. Insert USB cable into the USB
Connector.
e.)
Unplug Power Cable. Plug Power Cable Back In.
f.)
Remove Printer Jobs From The Printer Status Monitor.
Press the "Cancel"-button on the printer to abort the current print job.
If an error occurs during printing, the print job needs to be aborted in the Printer
Status Monitor.
