3. Controls and Adjustments

a) Default Dip Switch Settings

The dip switches are factory-adjusted to the following positions:
Dip Switch No. 1

b) Harvest Timer (S4 dip switch 1 & 2)
The harvest timer starts counting when the thermistor reads 48°F (9°C) at the evaporator
outlet. No adjustment is required under normal use, as the harvest timer is adjusted to
the suitable position. Before changing this setting, call the HOSHIZAKI Technical Support
Department at 1-800-33-1940 for recommendations. Keep in mind that setting the
harvest timer to a longer setting will decrease 4 hour production.
