Drilling with ancillary guide fence set
The ancillary guide fence set permits different edge distances.
Edge distances:
- O = 7.5 mm [0.31 in] / as parallel guide fence for
batten processing
- N = 15.5 mm [0.61 in] / as guide fence below the
base plate
- M = 32 mm [1.26 in] / for miters
- L = 43 mm [1.69 in] / as repositioning guide fence
- K = 32 mm [1.26 in] / for hole rows
- P = 7.5 mm [0.31 in] / as parallel guide fence for
batten processing
The ancillary guide fences can be plugged into the
guide fence surface of the base plate, into the
underside of the base plate and into the contact
surface of the swiveling guide fence.
5.4.4
Drilling with ancillary support
The ancillary support extends the support surface when drilling vertically with swiveling guide fence folded in.
Use the following procedure to install the
ancillary support:
1.
Secure the ancillary support with the knurled
screws (24) on the underside of the base plate.
Ancillary support mounted.
In conjunction with the swiveling guide fence set to
0°, the ancillary support provides a secure support.
Likewise, the ancillary support can be rotated and
mounted on the underside of the base plate. The
protruding ancillary support can then be used as a
guide edge with 9.5 mm [0.37 in] edge distance.
