K7 was working well. Then it stopped. I've emptied it, cleaned it and sat it on the charging station for 24 hours. I'm getting a red lights and error signal but know what else to try to get it working again.
If your OKP K7 stopped working and shows red lights and an error signal after cleaning and charging, check the error cause based on the red light and beep signals:
1. Drive Wheel Issue – If you hear 1 beep repeated 3 times, check if the drive wheel is tangled and clean it.
2. Side Brush Issue – If you hear 2 beeps repeated 3 times, check if the side brush is tangled and clean it.
3. Fan Issue – If you hear 3 beeps repeated 3 times, clean the dustbin and air duct outlet.
4. Roller Brush Issue – If you hear 4 beeps repeated 3 times, check if the roller brush is tangled and clean it.
5. Anti-Collision Bumper Issue – If you hear 1 beep repeated 3 times while the red light is flashing, check if the infrared buffer bumper is stuck.
6. Anti-Drop Sensor Issue – If you hear 2 beeps repeated 3 times, move the robot to a flat surface.
7. Robot Stuck Issue – If you hear 3 beeps repeated 3 times, help the robot get out of trouble.
After addressing the issue, restart the robot and try using it again.
