Linear Barcodes
Note: As shown in the chart above, not all barcodes allow Human Readable characters. Adding Human
Readable text below the barcode requires using the "Alphanumeric Display" shown on page 2 of screen
400 to be changed to Yes. (See above) Also the font size must be 16 pixel or larger.
Datamatrix barcodes require selection of a "barcode size" after the data is entered. This allows for better
readability, see example below.

QR Codes use variable data and can also include Autocodes in them (counters, clocks, etc.) as part of
the data. "TEXT" can be repeated a many of times, "12345678" can be repeated even more times
because numbers are condensed more, however accented characters like "áéíóúüñá" and Chinese can
be repeated much less. For a given size QR code, each of these 'types' of input will have a different max
number of characters. They require a large font (25 & 31 pixel) to work properly. There are many options
to select to making a QR Code like Barcode Size, Error Correction, and Character Encoding. Once the
