We recommend to apply some wood glue (not included in the packing content) into the holes before inserting wood dowels (C). With a cross headed screw driver insert the 2x single ended cam bolts (A) into the leg (4).

GB IE 4.0 ASSEMBLY - CONTINUED STEP 4 Connect the front panel (6) to the front left and right hand legs (5 and 4) using 2x double ended cam bolts (D) and 4x cam locks. Carefully tighten the cam locks (B) with a crossed haded screw driver to secure the 3x pieces together(4, 5, 6).

GB IE 4.0 ASSEMBLY - CONTINUED STEP 6 C x 8 Next take 2x outer legs (2x 2) and insert 4 wooden dowels (C) into each leg, also apply some glue to the wooden dowels (C). STEP 7 With the sub assembly facing down, insert the 2x legs (2) over the single ended cam bolts (A) on the sub assembly, insert the 6x cam locks (B) into both internal sides of the legs (2), the with a cross headed screw driver tighten the cam locks (B) onto the single ended cam bolts (A) securing all the panels together.

GB IE 4.0 ASSEMBLY - CONTINUED STEP 8 With a cross headed screw driver carefully screw 3x single headed cam bolts (A) into the top trim (12). STEP 9 A x 8 With a crossed headed screw driver carefully screw the 8x single ended cam bolts (A) into the underside of the top panel (1) Also insert 2x wooden dowels (C) into the long edge of the top panel (1) with some glue.

GB IE 4.0 ASSEMBLY - CONTINUED STEP 10 Insert the 3x single cam bolts (A) from the top trim (12) into the long end of the top panel (1). Insert the 3x cam locks (B) into the top panel (1) and tighten into position with a cross headed screw driver. STEP 11 B x 8 Connect the top sub assembly to the other sub assembly.

GB IE 4.0 ASSEMBLY - CONTINUED STEP 14 Lay the top rear panel (10) and the bottom rear panel (9) in between the left rear panel (7) and the right rear panel (8). Insert 4x double ended cam bolts (D) in between the the 4x panels. Gently install the 4x panels up against each other so all the dowel joints (C) and the double ended cam bolts (D) are aligned.

GB IE 4.0 ASSEMBLY - CONTINUED STEP 16 Screw the 10x single headed cam bolts (A) into position on top of the hearth (Nylon inserts). Ensuring that the wooden dowel holes are not screwed into by accident. STEP 17 For this step we recommend to use two people. Carefully lift the suite over the hearth (3) ensuring that all 10x single headed cam bolts (A) insert the bottom edges of the suite.

GB IE 4.0 ASSEMBLY - CONTINUED STEP 18 Insert 4x wooden dowels (C) with glue into the ends of the appliance supports (14), repeat this process for the other appliance support (14) STEP 19 Insert the single headed cam bolts (A) into the appliance supports (14) and the wooden dowels (C) from the appliance supports into the hearth (3).

GB IE 4.0 ASSEMBLY - CONTINUED STEP 20 Install the appliance stand base (13) into the suite, by lining the 4x wooden dowels (A) on the appliance supports (14) with the wooden dowel holes in the appliance stand base (13). Screw 2, 4x 25mm screws (G) through the appliance stand base (13) and into the appliance supports (14).

GB IE 4.0 ASSEMBLY - CONTINUED STEP 22 Line the holes in the side brackets of the appliance with the holes in the rear of the suite. Once aligned, with a cross headed screw driver screw 4x 3x12mm screws (AA) through the holes in the rear of the appliance and into the rear of the suite.
GB IE 5.0 INSTALLATION STEP 1 To avoid splitting the rear of the suite pre-drill the holes. Then attach the fixing strap (I) to the rear of the suite using the 4x12mm screws (E). STEP Once the fixing straps are in position, centre and level the suite into its final fitting position. Mark with a pencil on the wall where you wish to drill.
GB IE 6.0 CLEANING/ FINISHING Before carrying out any of the following operations, ensure that the appliance is OFF and completely cold. Regularly clean around the appliance to ensure that dust, fluff, pet hair etc, are kept to a minimum. There are no other specific requirements for care, other than regular cleaning of the general appliance.
