FUNCTION AND OPERATION OF PROTECTIVE PROCEDURES

1 Indoor fan Stops operation if no rotation pulse signal
lock is input from the indoor fan motor for one
minute.
Indoor fan Stops operation if the rotation pulse signal
rpm error from the indoor fan indicates low rpm
(approximately 300 rpm or less).
2 Indoor Lowers the operating frequency if the
freezing temperature of the indoor heat exchanger
guard goes below 5°C during cooling. Stops the
compressor if the temperature stays below
0°C for 4 minutes.
3 Indoor Lowers the operating frequency if the
overheating temperature of the indoor heat exchanger
control rises above the overheating temperature
during heating. Stops the compressor if the
temperature stays above the overheating
temperature for 1 minute at minimum
frequency or less.
Set values for overheating temperature
During normal operation: 45°C to 54°C
During full power operation: 47°C to
58°C
4 DC Stops the compressor if a current of
overcurrent approximately 23A or more flows in the
power transistor module.
5 AC Lowers the operating frequency if the
overcurrent compressor AC current exceeds
set value( ).Show "2-2(1)AC peak
control"
Stops the compressor if the current
exceeds at 40Hz or less set value( ).
6 Compressor Lowers the operating frequency if the
overheating temperature of the compressor chamber
control thermistor (TH1) rises above 105°C.
Stops the compressor if the thermistor
stays above 105°C for 1 minutes at
minimum frequency or less.
7 Compressor Stops the compressor if the compressor
high chamber thermistor is above 114°C.
