Remove Access Plate and Seal Loosen the clamp screw approximately 4-5 turns and swing the clamp out of the way. Do not unscrew completely or remove the clamp (see Figure 3).

Remove TRV NOTE: If you fi nd debris after removing the TRV, remove the entire header assembly, then inspect the heat exchanger tubes and fl ush the header clean of all debris before reassembling.
