Problem
Cover open
Re-open and re-close the ribbon door
Ribbon missing
Re-install the ribbon cartridge
Ribbon out
Replace the ribbon cartridge
Paper out
Re-install photo papers and re-check consumable status
Paper jam
Open the ribbon door cover and take out the paper jammed.
Please use HiTi compatible consumables and re-check if
Paper mismatch
consumables are correctly placed in the paper cassette.
