Troubleshooting
Open and close the ribbon door again.
Reinstall the ribbon cartridge
Replace the ribbon cartridge
Reinstall photo papers and check consumables status.
Open the ribbon door and remove the jammed paper.
Please use BZ-compatible consumables and check if
consumables are correctly placed in the paper cassette.
