7.1.3 DDNS

The DDNS option allows you to set up a free website address that points back to the DVR regardless of whether
the IP Address changes. If you do not have a static IP Address, you should use this option.

DDNS Type: When using the Night Owl free domain name server, you must configure this setting to
NIGHTOWL.
Enable: Allows you to enable or disable the use of DDNS protocol.
Domain Name: Input the domain name you created by registering your DDNS at www.NightOwlDVR.com.
User Name: Input the UserID created during the DDNS registration.
Password: Input the password created during the DDNS registration.
