Assembly

install the appliance.
1. Connect the coupling to the water con-
nection and tighten it.

2. Unplug the clamp for the high-pressure
hose from the trigger gun.

3. Connect the high-pressure hose to the
trigger gun.

4. Push the clamp into the trigger gun until
fixed into place.
5. Ensure that the high-pressure hose is
securely connected to the trigger gun by
pulling the high-pressure hose.

Initial start-up

1. Place the appliance on the even surface.
2. Connect the high-pressure hose to the
high-pressure connection located on the
appliance.

3. Connect the power cable to the power
supply.
Water connection
Note
To protect from the impurities in the water,
the KÄRCHER water filter (optional acces-
sory, order no. 4.730-059.0) is recommend-
ed.
For the connection values, see the type
plate and the technical data.
Observe the regulations of the water sup-
plier.
1. Connect the hose coupling to the end of
the water supply hose.

2. Insert the water supply hose into the
coupling element for the water connec-
tion.

3. Connect the other end of water supply
hose to the water supply.
4. Turn the water tap on completely.
Note
The appliance is designed with self-priming
function. The appliance can get the water
by putting the water supply hose into the
water bucket.

Operation

ATTENTION
Pump running dry
Damage to the device
If pressure does not build up in the device
after 2 minutes then switch the device off
and proceed according to the instructions
in chapter Troubleshooting guide.
Operation
Note
When cleaning air conditioning units, ob-
serve the manufacturer's information.
The water jet that is emitted from the
high-pressure nozzle results in a repul-
sion power acting on the hand spray
gun. Ensure that you have a firm footing
and are also holding the hand spray gun
and spray lance/ extension firmly.
1. Set the device switch to "1/ON".
2. Unlock the lever on the trigger gun.
3. Switch on the device by pulling on the le-
ver of the trigger gun.
4. Switch off the device by releasing the le-
ver of the trigger gun. High pressure re-
mains in the device.
Angle-adjustable spray lance with
pressure control (Vario Power)
Note
The adjustability of the spray lance head
ensures easier access to hard-to-reach
places.
Suitable for use with detergents.

The working pressure is continuously ad-
justable between "Min" and "Max". The
spray lance head can be swivelled up and
down by 90° respectively and rotated by
360°.
1. Release the lever on the trigger gun.
2. Turn the spray lance head in the re-
quired angular position.
