1. Display: 3 1/2 digit LCD (1999)
2. Function switch: A switch that selects
the different function modes or thresholds. To
ensure a long battery life, turn off the device
when not used.
3. "SeLeCT" button: To choose between AC
and DC voltage, or resistance/diode/continuity
modes.
4. "HOLD" button: By pressing this button the
measured result on the screen is held. You can
continue measuring with another press of this
button. This button also starts the device when
it is in standby mode.
5. " " button: To select the lamp function,
hold this button down for more than 2 seconds.
Do the same for turning it off. If you do not
press the buttons, the lamp will turn off after 15
seconds.
6. measuring pin: The inward measuring
point for measuring voltage, current (<200mA),
resistance, and diode. (positive)
7. measuring cable: Measuring earth
(negative)

Set the function switch to the "V"position.

Press the "SELECT" button to switch to

"DC"mode.
Connect the measuring wire and the

measuring pin to the measured voltage.
The display shows the measured value with

the pin's polarity.
Note: Inward impedance: app..: 10mΩ The maximum
measurable voltage is 600V

Set the function switch to the "V"position.

Press the "SELECT"button to switch to "AC"
mode.
Connect the measuring wire and the

measuring pin to the measured voltage.
The display shows the measured value .

higher current the built-in fuse will melt.
