Page 2: Pre-Assembly Preparation
PRE-ASSEMBLY PREPARATION Before you start: 1. Choose a clean, level, spacious assembly area. Avoid hard surfaces that may damage the product 2. Take care when lifting. Product should be assembled as near as possible to the point of use 3. Ensure that you have all required contents for complete assembly 4. -

PARTS LIST... - Page 4 Step 1 You will need • Prepare a floor or benchtop with a protective blanket or carboard. • Prepare 6x bolt B sets by threading bolt(B) through washer(D). • Connect the 2 seats(1)together, as shown below. • Secure the 6 fixing points with bolts B sets for point. Insert the bolt and washer on one side, lock it into place with a washer(D) and a nut(C) on the reverse.
- Page 5 Step 2 You will need • With the aid of a 2 person flip the frame over, as shown below. • Insert the 2 backrests(2) as shown below, concave facing in. Push the clip in, the backrest is only in when the clip springs out into the aligned hole once inserted.
- Page 6 Step 3 You will need • Insert the 2x right connecting rods(3) as shown below, concave facing in. Push the clip in, the rod is only in when the clip springs out into the aligned hole once inserted. • Repeat for the 2x left connecting rods(4).
- Page 7 Step 4 You will need • Pull the cloth cover(8) on one end over the connecting rods, as shown below. Take note to have the holes on the cloth cover facing down. • Shuffle the cover down along the rods until the end of the rods reach the first set of holes.
- Page 8 Step 5 You will need • Thread the 2x connecting rods(5) one per side of the cover, through the holes on the other end, as shown below.
- Page 9 Step 6 • Insert the connecting rod(5) into the right connecting rods on one end. Push the clip down and connection is successful only when the pin springs out through the hole. Do this for both sides. • Then slip the cover over the other end until the holes line up wit the end of the rods.
- Page 10 Step 7 • Pull the cover down on both ends until it is taught. The connecting points should be clearly in the holes of the cover. If not, shuffle the cover until it is.
