MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

PROCEDURE
Check engine oil level
Change engine oil
Check water pump oil level
Change water pump oil
Oil leak inspection
Fuel leak inspection
Water leak inspection
Hose inspection
Water inlet screen inspection
Check fuel filter
Replace fuel filter
Inspect belts
Replace high pressure nozzle
Inspect fuel pump filter
Replace fuel nozzle
Check burner air adjustment
Check burner electrodes
Test water pressure
Test fuel pressure
Test water temperature
Descale coil
* Must be performed by an authorized service technician.
** The pump oil must be changed after the first 50 hours of operation and then every 250 hours or 3
months, whichever comes first.
*** High pressure nozzle should be replaced whenever pressure drops to less than 85%.
**** Scale build-up will vary with mineral content in the water and amount of usage. Descaling can range
from weekly to yearly maintenance.
***** The engine oil must be changed after the first 8 hours of operation and then every 50 hours or 3
months, whichever comes first.
