- Page 2 May, 2023 QUICK DESCRIPTION: To ensure proper operation of your hot water pressure washer with diesel burner after a long period of inactivity, it is advisable to follow the following steps. Use appropriate safety equipment 1- Put the battery on charge until it indicates a charge of at least 80% and 13.8 volts ** Make sure you use the right charger for the right battery (Lithium or Lead acid battery)
- Page 3 May, 2023 5- Check and/or replace the spark plug ** It is not necessary to replace the spark plug every year Check, clean or replace the air filter. Refer to the manufacturer's manual for more information. 7- Make sure nothing is in the outlet at the exit of the coil chimney.
- Page 4 May, 2023 10- Check if there is water in the diesel tank, depending on the circumstances in which the unit was stored, it is possible that condensation has formed in the tank. 11- Water does not mix with diesel, it is more dense than diesel and will end up in the bottom of the tank.

- Page 6 May, 2023 *** IF BURNER DOES NOT LIGHT, PLEASE TURN BURNER SWITCH OFF IMMEDIATELY AND HAVE YOUR UNIT CHECKED. Otherwise, you may continue 21- Do not forget that you have set the thermostat to 120 degrees Fah. (50 degrees Celsius), operate the unit by holding the gun trigger for 5 minutes and check that the burner stops and restarts by itself keeping the temperature stable.
