Handling Guidelines
The MR is a modular-type POS terminal consisting of the base unit,
IM-800, and display unit, DM-M820.
The IM-800 has the following features:

Celeron™ (FC-PGA/FC-PGA2 package) can be used.
Either a 733 MHz or a 1.2 GHz Celeron is factory installed.

Two 168-pin DIMM sockets are ready for installation of a
maximum 512 MB of memory

An LCD unit (DM-M820) exclusive to the MR can be connected
❏
A 3.5-inch floppy disk drive is available
❏
A 3.5-inch hard disk drive is available
❏
A CD-ROM drive or CD-R/RW drive is available as a factory
option
❏
An Ethernet controller for 10Base-T/100Base-TX is installed as
standard equipment
❏
Four serial interface ports are provided
❏
One PCI slot is provided
❏
Cables on the rear of the IM-800 can be covered by the included
cable cover
❏
A small footprint with maximum dimensions of 315 × 365 ×
88 mm (W × D × H) {12.4 × 14.4 × 3.5"} (including rear cover)
