WM00E***00: Ultra EVD Module
DESCRIZIONE
Il modulo di espansione EVD contiene il trasformatore di alimen-
tazione e il driver per pilotare la valvola di espansione elettronica
CAREL. Alcuni modelli sono inoltre dotati di modulo UltraCap che
consente la chiusura della valvola di espansione elettronica nel
caso di mancanza di alimentazione elettrica (per ulteriori dettagli
consultare l'elenco codici di seguito).

Dima di foratura complessiva (mm)

si debbano montare contemporaneamente, utilizzare la dima
di foratura complessiva.
LAYOUT
Nel caso si debbano installare più moduli accessori, per otti-
mizzare il cablaggio, utilizzare la disposizione di figura.

Driver-Valve expansion module for UltraCella

DESCRIPTION
The EVD expansion module contains the power transformer
and driver to control CAREL electronic expansion valve. Some
models are equipped with UltraCap module to close electronic
expansion valve in case of black-out (for further details please
see below P/Ns list).

LAYOUT

2: Rimuovere le cornici (1 e 2). Rimuovere le viti (3) ed aprire il

3: Alzare il coperchio o rimuovere le cornici, in base al modello,
e svitare le viti per rimuovere il frontale e aprire il modulo.
4: Montare l' e ventuale guida DIN. Accostare il modulo al controllo Ul-
traCella e inserire le staffe di accoppiamento fornite in dotazione (B).

5.a Segnare sulla parete le posizioni dei fori inferiori (A), ri-
muovere le staffe di accoppiamento (B), sfilare il modulo (C).
Eseguire i fori corrispondenti (Ø 4,5 mm) ed inserire i tasselli.
Riposizionare il modulo: montare le staffe di accoppiamento
(B) e avvitare le viti (A).

5.b Segnare sulla parete le posizioni dei 4 fori (A), rimuovere
le staffe di accoppiamento (B), sfilare il modulo (C). Eseguire
i fori corrispondenti (Ø 4,5 mm), in base anche alla dima di
foratura ed inserire i tasselli. Riposizionare il modulo: montare
le staffe di accoppiamento (B) e avvitare le viti (A).

MOUNTING

1: Use a hole saw to drill the controller at the knock-outs (steps
A, B).

2: Remove the frames (1 and 2). Remove the screws (3) and
open the UltraCella controller

3: Raise the cover or remove the faceplates, according to the model,
and unscrews the screws to remove the panel and open the module.
4: Mount a DIN rail, if used. Place the module alongside the Ultra -
Cella controller and insert the coupling brackets supplied (B).

Assembly using a DIN rail

5.a On the wall, mark the positions of the bottom holes (A), re -
move the coupling brackets (B), remove the module (C). Drill the
corresponding holes (Ø 4.5 mm) and insert the screw anchors.
Reposition the module: mount the coupling brackets (B) and ti -
ghten the screws (A).

5.b On the wall, mark the positions of the 4 holes (A), remove
the coupling brackets (B), remove the module (C). Drill the
corresponding holes (Ø 4.5 mm), also using the drilling template
and insert the screw anchors. Reposition the module: mount the
coupling brackets (B) and tighten the screws (A).
