PRE-RIDE INSPECTION
For your safety, it is very important to have a few checks before each ride. Take to walk
around your motorcycle and check its condition. If you detect any problem, be sure you
take care of it, or get it corrected by your nearest authorized dealer.
WARNING
Improper maintenance of the motorcycle or failing to correct a problem
before riding may hamper the performance of the vehicle.
Always perform a pre-ride inspection before every ride.
PRE-RIDE CHECKS
Fuel level: Fill fuel tank when necessary. Check for leaks

Coolant level: Add coolant if required. Check for leaks
Engine oil level: Should be in between "MAX " and "MIN" Level. Top up if
•
necessary. Do not overfill above maximum level.
Front and rear brakes: Check operation; make sure there is no brake fluid leakage.

Cables: Free play and smoothness of all operating cables.
•
Steering: Free movement of steering.
•

Battery: Battery is fully charged.
•
Tyres: Check tyres condition and pressure.
•
Drive chain: Check condition and slack. Adjust and lubricate if necessary.
Throttle check: For smooth opening and full closing in all steering positions.

Lights and horn: Check that headlight, brake/ tail light, position lights, license light,
turn signals, indicators and horn function properly.
•
Engine kill switch check: For proper function.
Side stand switch check: Check status on LCD display and ensure it in OFF position.
