  • Page 23 Good baking is a matter of attitude! Humidification can be adjusted to the millimetre in the cooking chamber of the new JOKER. Manually adding moisture is still possible at any time. For perfect gloss and best uniformity. Fresh water reaches the humidification pipe according to the set humidification quantity and is evaporated at the appropriate cooking chamber temperature by the heated recirculating air that is flowed in by the fan.
