This operating mode is suitable for baked goods which are supposed to be crunchy and browned. 4.3.2 BAKING WITH MOISTURE Hot air with humidification can be used to bake baked goods with hot air.

The HACCP report can be displayed on the device, transferred to an external computer on a USB stick or by LAN (optional), and analysed and printed using ProConnect.
