Maintenance and Servicing
procedures not specifically explained in this manual must
be performed only by a qualified technician.
TO pREVENT SERIOUS INJURY FROM ACCIDENTAL OpERATION:
Turn the power Switch of the equipment to its "OFF" position, release tank air
pressure, wait for the engine to cool, and disconnect the spark plug cap before
performing any inspection, maintenance, or cleaning procedures.
TO pREVENT SERIOUS INJURY FROM COMpRESSOR FAILURE:
Do not use damaged equipment. If abnormal noise or vibration occurs,
have the problem corrected before further use.
Cleaning, Maintenance, and Lubrication
1. BEFORE EACH USE, inspect the general
condition of the air compressor. Check for:
• loose hardware,
• misalignment or binding of moving parts,
• cracked or broken parts,
• damaged electrical wiring, and
• any other condition that may
affect its safe operation.
Compressor pump Oil Maintenance
Check oil periodically for clarity. Replace oil if it appears
milky or if debris is present, or every 6 months, or
100 hours of runtime, whichever comes first. In harsh
environments such as high heat or high humidity,
you will need to replace the oil more frequently.

WARNING! If the supply cord of this

compressor is damaged, it must be replaced
only by a qualified service technician.
Change the compressor oil after the first
hour of use to remove any debris.
