The procedure for always using the document filing function is explained below as an example. This setting is
selected in the [Job Handling] tab of the printer driver window.
1 Follow steps 1 and 2 on
2 Click the [Job Handling] tab.
3 Select the [Document Filing] checkbox.

To view on-screen explanations of the settings in the printer driver, open the Help file.

4 Enter a user name and a job name in the
"Job ID" field.
5 Click the [Apply] button.
6 Click the [OK] button.
The document filing function will now be used
each time you print a job.
Click [Help] to display the
Help screen.

various methods from the tabs.
