Acquire Color Compact
1. Press button Operate to take a reading.
2. Number of required readings per sample is stored in the instrument.
3. Instrument must be lifted between readings.
4. If an outlier is detected, the readings have to be repeated.
5. To abort measurement click on Cancel.
Displayed values are the average values of the measured sample.

2.3 Sample Identification

All measurements are automatically saved with the default name "Sample"
and an incrementing number. Input of sample identification after measure-
ment can activated through the PC.
1. To change default name, click on name field; the keyboard opens.
2. Select desired letters or numbers and confirm with OK.
3. Use the red X to delete an input character.
Additional parameters can be entered:
• Manufacturer: Activate input field and select entry from a preloaded list.
• All other parameters: Activate input field and use keyboard to select the
desired letter or number and confirm with OK.
