Possible Cause
Explorer is not configured
properly.
A Windows 98 CD is not
provided because it is included
on your QuickRestore CD. The
files that you need are pre-
loaded on your system.
Solution
Refer to your ISP for support.
Use the following path:
C:\Windows\Options\CABS.
