Description of functions
The following functions are available on
your ventilation hood, depending on the
model:
Extraction mode
The cooking vapors are drawn in by the
ventilation hood. The air is then passed
via the edge extraction panel through
the grease filters, cleaned and then
directed outside.

Recirculation mode
(DUU 2900-900 conversion kit required)
The air is drawn in via the edge
extraction panel and cleaned by the
grease filters. The air is then directed
into the recirculation box, where it is
also cleaned by the charcoal filters. The
air is then circulated back into the
kitchen.
