• Avoid any obstacles in front of the outdoor
unit to decrease the noise.
Protection features
• When changing the mode or after turning
the air conditioner off and then on again, the
air conditioner compressor starts operation
only in 3 minutes.
• After turning on, the air conditioner performs
self-diagnosis for 20 seconds, and only after
that starts to work.
HEAT mode features
Preheating.
After the air conditioner starts operating in the
HEAT mode, warm air begins to flow only in
2–5 minutes.
The outdoor unit defrosting.
During heating, the air conditioner
automatically defrosts to increase its
performance.
This usually takes 2 to 10 minutes. During
defrosting the fans are not working. After
defrosting, the heating mode is automatically
activated.
During defrosting operation, the outdoor unit
may discharge steam, this is normal and not a
malfunction.

Troubleshooting

The following cases are not always problems,
please check before contacting the technical
service.
1. The device does not work:
• wait 3 minutes and try to turn on the air
conditioner again.
Perhaps a protective device is blocking
the operation of the air conditioner;
• the batteries in the remote control are
dead;
• the plug inserted in the socket not fully.
2. There is no flow of cooled or heated air
(depending on the required mode):
• the air filter may be dirty.
• check if the air inlet and outlet are
blocked.
• the temperature may be set incorrectly.
3. The device does not turn on immediately:
• when changing the mode, a 3 minute
delay in operation occurs.
4. Specific smell:
• This smell may come from another
source, such as furniture, cigarettes and
so on, which is absorbed by the device
and discharged with the air.
5. Sound of bubbling water:
• the noise occurs when refrigerant flows
through the pipes;
• defrosting the outdoor unit in heating
mode.
6. Crackling sound:
• the sound may occur under the housing
temperature change.
7. Mist comes out of the outlet opening:
• mist appears in room high humidity.
8. The compressor indicator lights
continuously and the internal fan does
not work:
• the air conditioner mode operation
has been changed from heating to the
cooling. The indicator goes out in for 10
minutes and returns to heating mode.
If after all the troubleshooting steps,
the problem is not resolved, contact an
authorized service center in your area or your
sales representative.

Lifetime

The service life of the device is 10 years
subject to compliance with the relevant rules
for installation and operation.

Transport and storage

Air conditioner in the manufacturer's packag-
ing can be transported by all types of covered
transport in compliance with the rules for the
transportation of goods applicable for this
type of transport. Transportation conditions
are at temperature from minus 50 to plus
50 °С and at relative humidity of up to 80% at
plus 25 °С.
During transportation, any possible impact
and movement of packaged water heat-
ers inside the vehicle should be excluded.
Transportation and stacking should be done in
accordance with the handling signs indicated
on the packaging. Water heaters have to be
stored in the manufacturer's packaging under
storage conditions from + 1 °С to + 40 °С and
relative humidity up to 80% at 25 °С).

Recycling

The time-expired appliance can't be
disposed with household waste (2012/19/EU).
