Connectors

and is compatible with the IEEE 802.3z Gigabit-LX standard. It accepts
the single mode or multimode fiber-optic cables for Gigabit-LX described
on the next page.
I The port on the 100/1000Base-T Module is compatible with the IEEE
802.3ab standard and accepts Category 5 unshielded twisted-pair cable
with an RJ-45 connector. For 1000 Mbps operation, Category 5E
unshielded twisted-pair cable is recommended.
