Warning label against pinching
This is the caution label to protect
fingers, etc. from being caught be-
tween the thread take-up lever and
the thread take-up lever cover.
Watch-your-head
label
This label indicates
that there is a risk
of contact between
the sewing ma-
chine and the head.
Eye protection cover
This is a cover for
protecting eyes from
being injured by a
broken needle.
Warning label against

and needle bar and
intermediate presser.

risk of contact between the sewing
machine and the head.

In addition, be aware that the safety devices such as the "eye protection cover"
and "finger guard" are sometimes omitted in the sketches, illustrations and figures
included in the Instruction Manual for the explanation's sake.
In the practical use, never remove those safety devices.
Thread take-up lever cover
This is a cover for pre-
venting contact between
the human body and the
thread take-up lever.
This switch is used for disconnecting the power unit
of the sewing machine from the power supply. It is
also used as the emergency stop switch.
Supply voltage caution label
Precautions about applicable
supply voltage are described.
This label indicates that there is the risk of
burn injury if the operator comes in contact
with the high temperature part of the device.
