RACKING CONFIGURATION Disperse your bottles evenly throughout the unit so as not to concentrate weight in any one area. This also helps to provide an even temperature range throughout the unit. Make sure that bottles are not all grouped together either at the top or bottom of the cabinet. The maximum capacity per shelf is 20kgs. Never try to pull out more than one rolling shelf at a time as it can cause the appliance to tip forward. -
