The temperature reading for outside is off by 2 degrees. Is there a way to adjust that? Model C85845v5

The La Crosse Technology model C85845V5 does not allow manual adjustment of the outside temperature reading. The outdoor temperature is measured by the external sensor and updates automatically about every 60 seconds. If the reading seems incorrect, try the following:

1. Replace the batteries in the outdoor sensor with new alkaline batteries.
2. Ensure the sensor is placed in a shaded, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
3. Restart the system by removing power from both the display and sensor, then reinsert batteries and reconnect power.

If the problem persists, contact customer support.

The sensor humidity is suddenly reading very high - 99% - all of the time. Is the sensor toast, or is there a way to save it?
