Setting bake
Use the bake feature to cook most food items that require
normal cooking temperatures. A reminder tone will sound
once the oven reaches the set temperature. Bake can be
set at any temperature from 170°F to 500°F.
To set bake using a default temperature of 350°F:
Step
1. Press bake.
2. Press start
To set bake for oven temperature of 425°F:

1. Press bake.
2. Enter 425.
3. Press start
Baking layer cakes with 1 or 2 oven racks
When using a single oven rack, position rack so cookware
is in the middle of the oven. For best results when baking
cakes and cookies, use convection bake. When using
radiant bake using two flat oven racks, place cookware on
rack positions 2 and 5 (see Figure 1). Place pans as shown
in Figure 2.

NOTES
The oven will bake no longer than 6 hours from the last
time the oven door was opened.

Saving feature" for further instructions.
Setting bake time
Use the timed bake feature to automatically turn the oven
off after a desired length of time.
Press
FOOD POISONING HAZARD. Do not let food sit for
more than one hour before or after cooking. Doing so
can result in food poisoning or sickness.
To set bake with the default temperature (350ºF) and
end after 30 minutes:
Press
1. Press bake time.
2. Enter 30 minutes.
3. Press start.
4. Press bake.
5. Press start.
When the set bake time runs out:
1. "END" will appear in the display window and the oven

After the bake time feature has been activated, press
the bake time pad to display the bake time remaining.
The bake time feature may be set with the convect
bake and convect roast features. Bake time will not
operate with the broil feature.
The convection fan will begin rotating once the
bake or bake time features are started. The convection
fan will turn off once the set oven temperature is
reached.
