smart diagnosis function and solve issues
more conveniently by using Smart ThinQ
application.

if Wi-fi Diagnosis fails
• If the network connection is not smooth,
Smart Diagnosis may fail. Press the Retry
button to try again.
• If Smart Diagnosis via wi-Fi keeps failing,
press the Audible Diagnosis button, and
function
follow the instructions displayed on the
smart-phone screen to perform Audible
Diagnosis.

If any problems arise from the product
after Smart Diagnosis, you can contact the
Customer Center to find out more of the
details of the diagnosis.
Check the product's wi-Fi connection
status.
Select the product for Smart Diagnosis
among the registered products, and
press the menu at the top right area of
the smart-phone screen.
Select Smart Diagnosis on the smart-
phone screen, and press the Start
Smart Diagnosis button.
• You can check the results of Smart
Diagnosis in the 'LG Smart ThinQ'
app.
