Chapter 2 — Scanning With the SR61T Using Vibrate Alert The vibrate alert functions makes the scanner vibrate in addition to the lights and beeps. This feature can be useful in these situations: • You are in a noisy environment, such as a busy warehouse, where it can be difficult to hear the beep.
If you are using bar code labels that are encoded in a different symbology, you need to enable the symbology on your SR61T.
