Searching for a photo
– Photo search/Photo scan
You can search for a still image you have
recorded on a tape (photo search).
You can also search for still images one after
another and display each image for
5 seconds automatically regardless of cassette
memory (photo scan). Use the Remote
Commander for these operations.
Use this function to check or edit still images.
Searching for a photo by using
cassette memory
Before operation
•You can use this function only when playing
back a tape with cassette memory.
•Set CM SEARCH in
settings (p. 134). (The default setting is ON.)
(1) Set the POWER switch to VCR.
(2) Press SEARCH MODE on the Remote
Commander repeatedly, until the PHOTO
SEARCH indicator appears.
The indicator changes as follows:

no indicator
(3) Press . or > on the Remote Commander
to select the date for playback. Your
camcorder automatically starts playback of
the photo having the date that you selected.

Opzoeken van een foto-opname
– Foto-zoekfunctie/foto-serieweergave
Met deze functie kunt u zoeken naar een
stilstaande foto-opname die u hebt vastgelegd op
een videocassette (foto-zoekfunctie).
U kunt ook een reeks stilstaande opnamen achter
elkaar doornemen, onafhankelijk van het
cassettegeheugen, om elke foto-opname
automatisch vijf seconden lang te laten
weergeven (foto-serieweergave). Gebruik voor
deze functies de afstandsbediening.
Deze functies zijn handig om stilstaande foto-
opnamen te controleren of met een
montagefunctie te bewerken.
Opzoeken van een foto-opname
aan de hand van het
cassettegeheugen
Voor de bediening
•Deze functie is alleen beschikbaar bij het
afspelen van een videoband met
cassettegeheugen.
•Zet eerst in het instelmenu het onderdeel CM
SEARCH onder
in de "ON" stand (zie blz.
141). (De fabrieksinstelling voor dit menu-
onderdeel is "ON".)
(1) Zet de POWER schakelaar in de "VCR" stand.
(2) Druk enkele malen op de SEARCH MODE
toets van de afstandsbediening, totdat de
aanduiding "PHOTO SEARCH" oplicht.
Telkens wanneer u op deze toets drukt,
verspringt de zoekfunctie-aanduiding als
volgt:

geen aanduiding
(3) Druk op de . of > toets van de
afstandsbediening om de opnamedatum voor
weergave te kiezen.
De camcorder geeft dan automatisch de foto-
opname weer met de door u gekozen
opnamedatum.
Stoppen met doorzoeken van de
band
Druk op de x stoptoets.
