    Network Video Recorder Quick Start Guide 2.2 Hard Disk Installation Before You Start Disconnect the power from the NVR before installing a hard disk drive (HDD). A factory recommended HDD should be used for this installation. Tools Required: Screwdriver. 2.2.1 Front Panel Plug-Pull Installation Front panel plug-pull installation is applicable when you need to open the device front panel with key and install the HDD.

    Network Video Recorder Quick Start Guide Chapter 3 Menu Operation 3.1 Start up Your Device Proper startup and shutdown procedures are crucial to expanding the life of the NVR. To start your device: Step 1 Check the power supply is plugged into an electrical outlet. It is HIGHLY recommended that an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) be used in conjunction with the device.

We also recommend that you reset your password regularly.
