Updating the Firmware
Update the firmware by connecting the Data Storage Unit to the PC with the USB cable
and using Warp Engine Zero.
For the firmware update and Warp Engine Zero, please contact your OMRON
represenatative.
The update procedure is the same as that for the Sensor Controller. Refer to the Sensor
Controller User's Manual.
Important
•During a firmware update, do not turn the Data Storage Unit OFF. Doing so will prevent the
Data Storage Unit from functioning normally.
•When installing Smart Monitor and the USB driver on a PC, log in as an administrator or a
user having the same privileges as a computer administrator for changing system settings.
