SMS
7.1.1
Write Message
You can create and send message by this option:
Select Menu > Messages > SMS > Write Message. You can write a
message maximum of 612 characters. It also displays the length indicator
which counts backwards, from 160 to 0, but it varies from page to page as
you can write a 4 page message too.
Selecting Option provides the following sub-options to perform:
Done: It provides the option to select SIM 1 or SIM 2 and after selecting a
SIM the following options appear: Send only, Save and Send, Save and
Send by group.
Use Templates: It provides option to insert the templates available in the
phone.
Insert Object: It provides option to insert object such as Picture,
Animation, Melody and Sound from their respective folders.
Format Text: It enables you to confi gure Text Size, Text style, Alignment
of the message text and lets you insert a new paragraph.
Insert Number: It enables to insert any number from the phonebook in the
message.
Insert Name: Enables to insert the name from the phonebook in the
message.
Insert Bookmark: Enables to insert any bookmark from the saved
bookmark list in the message.
Input Method: It enables to select the method and language to edit the
message.
7.1.2
Inbox
All received messages are saved in the inbox. You can edit or forward
these messages.
Select SMS > Inbox >SIM 1 or SIM 2 (if both SIM cards are used), then
press Option to display the following options:
Reply: Enables you to reply the message.
Delete: Enables you to delete the current message.
Edit: Enables you to edit the current message.
Forward: Enables you to forward messages.
