9.1
DUAL SIM SETTINGS
You can set the dual SIM settings on you mobile phone according to the
following options:
• Dual SIM open
• Only SIM1 open
• Only SIM2 open
• Flight mode
While on a fl ight (where the use of mobile phone is prohibited), you can
select the fl ight mode so that the phone will not connect to any network.
However, alarm and the calendar reminder will remain on. You can still use
the multimedia features.
9.2
PHONE SETTINGS
Select Menu > Settings > Phone Settings, to get access to these
options:
Time and Date: Enables to set time and date by setting home city, time,
date and format.
Scheduled power on/off: Enables to set the time for automatic power on/
off.
Language: Enables to select the desired language for the display text.
Preferred input methods: Enables to select the desired input method for
the default input method.
Shortcuts: Enables to set the shortcuts for the function you use often.
Dedicated key: Enables to confi gure shortcut functions for the up, down,
left, and right key respectively.
Auto update of date and time: Enables to On/Off the auto update
process of time and date.
9.3
DISPLAY CHARACTERISTICS
You can set your own display characters. Select Menu > Settings >
Display characteristics to access this feature. The characteristics
offered under this feature are as follows:
Wallpaper: Enables to set the wallpaper of your own choice.
Screensaver: Enables to set the screensaver.
Themes: Enables to select and set the theme.
LCD backlight: Enables to set the time duration and brightness of
backlight.
Greeting text: Enables to edit and enter the words as your greeting text,
once you switch on the phone.
Menu effect: Enables to set the different type of display effects for Menu
and Sub-menu.
Show date and time: Enables to set and display the date and time.
