II. U pdate BIOS N OT through Internet:
a. Do not click "Internet U pdate" icon
b. C lick "U pdate N ew BIOS"
c. Please select "All Files" in dialog box w hile opening the old file.
d. Please search for BIOS unzip file, dow nloading from internet or any other methods (such
as: 8IRXP.F1).
e. C omplete update process follow ing the instruction.
III. Save BIOS
In the v ery beginning, there is "Save C urrent BIOS" icon show n in dialog box. It means to
save the current BIOS version.
IV . C heck out supported motherboard and Flash ROM:
In the very beginning, there is "About this program" icon show n in dialog box. It can help you
check out w hich kind of motherboard and w hich brand of Flash R OM are supported.
N ote:
a. In method I, if it show s tw o or more motherboard's model names to be selected, please
make sure your motherboard's model name again. Selecting w rong model name w ill
cause the system unbooted.
b. In method II, be sure that motherboard's model name in B IOS unzip file are the same as
your motherboard's. Otherw ise, your sy stem w on't boot.
c. In method I, if the BIOS file you need cannot be found in @BIOS
Gigabyte's w eb site for dow nloading and updating it according to method II.
d. Please note that any interruption during updating w ill cause sy stem unbooted
